Chicago Bluesman Big Llou Johnson, winner of the 2013 Blues Music Award for Best New Artist Debut for his first solo album "They Call Me Big Llou" will perform on Sunday afternoon, August 2nd, from 2pm to 5pm in the backyard at Chez Fennoy.
Big LLou has appeared as a guest vocalist on numerous projects with artists like Blues Hall of Famer "Bobby Rush", "Blinddog Smokin", "Diamond Jim Greene" and Dorota Jarema's "Soni" recorded in Warsaw, Poland. The Backyard Jazz gate opens at 1pm for "Mingling and Mimosas" but wine, beer, sweet tea, lemonade, and water will also be served.
Music begins at 2pm. At 3pm lunch is served. At 4pm Big Llou and company play the final hour long set.
