The Second Annual Rose G. Bates Gospel Concert Supporting LLS
This concert is dedicated in memory of our team captain's beloved mother, Mrs. Rose Catherine G. Bates, who lost her battle with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma on November 3, 2007. In 2012, the "Loving Rose Bates Walking Team" was formed and participated in its first Light The Night Walk supporting LLS. In the past, our team has asked for donation from family, friends and businesses, but last year , our team decided to give back to the community by feeding hungry souls with God's Word through music. The Light The Night Walk is LLS's annual walk and fundraising event and the nation's night to pay tribute and bring hope to people battling cancer. Teams of friends and families or co-workers raise funds for cancer research and to provide services in their communities. Thank you for supporting my Light The Night Walk fundraising efforts. Your willingness to help will fund lifesaving cancer research and services for patients, bringing help and hope to thousands of people battling blood cancers. If you'd like to learn more about Light The Night Walk visit our team's webpage: http://pages.lightthenight.org/ga/Atlanta15/TheLovingRoseBatesTeam.
