About TWAIN TWAIN is a hip-hop recording artist from Chicago, by way of Minneapolis. Recording and performing since 2002, he relocated to the Twin Cities in 2003 and began pursuit of this art form that he loves and contributing great music to the hip-hop culture and beyond. He has released a slew of underground mixtapes and albums that display his style: a hodge podge of trunk rattling rap bangers, songs with introspective emotion, and purist hip-hop records, all with the Midwest flavor as the cherry on top. In 2009 he released his digital album, Truth Or Consequences (Ill County). Some of his live performances to date include the Minnesota Music Café, the historic Capri Theater, and the Fine Line Music Café. A Twin Cities Hip Hop Award nominee & 96.3 B96 Homegrown Featured Artist, TWAIN released his EP The Cost of Living & its acclaimed documentary in Winter 2014-15. http://reverbnation.com/twainonline
About The Eclectic Yes The Eclectic Yes is a Saint Paul based quartet playing contemporary music ranging from many different genres. Some funk, some jazz. Some is Fazz some is Junk. It's all danceable, maybe. Keyboards and/or horns, vocals and whatever else the band fancies are featured, depending on the gig.
About Cal Crooner Cal Crooner began his life on stage attending the Dance Connection Studios at age 3. Soon after, he quickly realized the stage was the place he wanted to be. For 7 years, Crooner received piano lessons. He also studied how to drum from his father's teachings. He has continued his passion for the arts; he is currently a full-time student at McNally Smith College of Music, majoring in vocal performance. He is very passionate about his music and the connection he has with a live crowd.
