THE REAL DIRT ON FARMER JOHN An epic American tale of life, love, death and sweet potatoes. A really fun and compelling documentary about a maverick Midwestern farmer who becomes an outcast before gradually transforming his land into the birthplace of a revolutionary farming community. A multi-faceted enterprise, the farm now provides fresh organic produce for 1,200 CSA shareholder families, on-site educational programs, employment opportunities for people who truly want to get back to the earth including Farmer John.
