Party with a Purpose at Soul Food Farm

Aileen McCarthy's coming to Soul Food Farm and we couldn't be more excited!
Soul Food Farm welcomes one and all for a delightful June day on the farm. Please join us for an inspiring and relaxing event, complete with great entertainment, peaceful picnic spots, fabulous local wines available for purchase, and a raffle.
Entertainment will include a throwback singalong from Christine McKinley, mechanical engineer, author, musician, and co-star of the History Channel's DeCoded. Christine is an old friend and high school classmate of Aileen's.
Comedian Laurie Kilmartin will get the crowd laughing. Comic, author, Emmy-nominated writer for Conan on TBS and finalist on The Last Comic Standing, Laurie jumped at the chance to be part of this special day to help Aileen. Laurie is also a friend and classmate.
The Wisdom Rats, famed De La Salle boy band from the early 80s, will stage a reunion concert, 30 years in the making! Paul Ruiz, Steve Faine and Ed Faine (De La Salle alum from 82' and 83') will rock the farm. Great guys and great music.
A huge, huge raffle with amazing gifts, such as 2 tickets to MADONNA, 2 tickets plus a parking pass to THE WHO, a GoPro Hero camera with a headstrap mount and extra 32GB SD memory card, and so much more. The purpose of the event is to raise the funds needed for Aileen to replace her modified van, which will cost approximately $150,000. The last three years without her independence have proven difficult, but grit and determination have gotten her through bigger challenges than this! The money collected for the event and raffle tickets will go directly to the Aileen McCarthy Fund.
