Experience the lushness and quirky humor of Barber, the open harmonies of Copland's settings of American Folk Songs, selections from Vaughan Williams's Songs of Travel and the House of Life, and Bernstein's West Side Story.
Baritone, Jimmy Wilcox, sings with the Portland Gay Men's Chorus and is a frequent soloist with the chorus and around town.
Flutist, Mary McCarty, is the Conducting Associate of the Portland Gay Men's Chorus and director of the Portland Lesbian Choir.
Pianist, John Rowehl, is our special guest from Ithaca, NY, where he is the Associate Director of Choral Music at Cornell University and a doctoral candidate in Performance Practice.
