Bob Milne Live at the Lairmont
Living National Treasure Bob Milne Returns to Bellingham for a special Ragtime / Boogie-Woogie Piano Concert
Milne's natural ability to hear and play music goes back to his early childhood. He is the music ambassador for the U.S. to Bern, Switzerland and Okinawa, Japan. Milne performs in concert halls worldwide. He's played for U.S. presidents and at the 80th birthday party of the late Neil Armstrong. The U.S. Library of Congress declared him a "Living National Treasure" preserving his D.C. performance in the official historic national archives.
"Every time Milne comes to our area we go because he's the greatest music historian alive and we learn so much about the history of American music from his stories" says one Bellingham patron.
Bob Milne will perform March 7th in the elegant and historic Lairmont Manor in Fairhaven as part of their Music in the Manor weekend. The concert will begin at 7:30pm. Tickets are $15 each or $25 per couple. Students get in for $10 with a valid I.D.
