2015 L.A. NEO NOIR FILM AND SCRIPT FEST III
We've been showcased in L.A. Weekly as the festival with "THE WORLD'S SEXIEST DARKEST CRIME SHORTS," and now we're back, THREE times stronger. Saturday, August 8th, Downtown Independent Theater hosts L.A. Neo Noir Film and Script Fest III. Starting at 11:00am, the showcase of indie neo noir films from L.A. and around the world begins. There will be a live neo noir styled burlesque show, a screening of L.A.'s best neo noir screenplay scenes, the best independent neo noir shorts from L.A. and around the world, an awards show, followed by a reception at Pitfire Pizza. Everyone who purchases the $20 ticket will have a chance to win David Lynch and Dita Von Teese giveaways as well as a trip with festival winners to the Bradbury Building (as seen in Blade Runner, Fatal Attraction, and the film noir classic D.O.A.)
