Mystic Gospel 2010

Award-winning Director Jonathan Singleton will take the stage to lead a joyful and spirit-filled gospel program of music that warms the soul and fills the heart! This eagerly anticipated annual concert is an inspiring program of spirituals, traditional, and contemporary gospel music. Selections will include the great Negro spiritual Listen to the Lambs, a gospel choral setting of Psalm 150 originally performed by the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir, and the gospel classic Goin up Yonder originally performed by gospel pioneer Walter Hawkins, as well as many other exciting favorites.
The Chorale will be accompanied by The Mystic Band, led by Austin Marks on keyboards. Mr. Marks will be joined by Yusaku Yoshinura on keyboards, Gordon O'Connell on guitar, Tony Vaugn on bass, Zeke Martin on drums, and Louise Grasmere on percussion.
