Starting off the season with Shakuhachi great Kurahashi Yodo II in a performance of traditional and contemporary music for Japanese instruments. Guest artists: Christopher Yohmei Blaisdel and James Nyoraku Schlefer, shakuhachi, and Yoko Reikano Kimura, koto and shamisen.
