Event C: Cinematic Experiance featuring Disney & Pixar's "Ratatouille"
View this amusing and imaginative film and taste authentic ratatouille nicoise while sipping a lovely Provencal rose. The famous Auguste Escoffier who, in Paris came to revolutionize the tastes of food in the late 19th century was Nicois (hence, Provencal)and would undoubtedly have cooked this traditional dish beautifully. Hear our take on this film and on the culture of foodmaking in France, and Provence. Recipe included.
Children are welcome to attend this event. In addition to the adult festivities, we will have specific age appropriate festivities for children going on simultaneously. Children can attend at no charge with paid adult admission.
