The PMI Honolulu, Hawaii Chapter's Monthly Meeting topic is entitled, "Stakeholder Mgmt: Case-Study of Midway, Ford Island, and Kaho`olawe"

James Putnam will present three case studies involving challenges dealing with external stakeholders and how those challenges were met. Cases presented are Midway Island transfer from the Navy to the Department of Interior, Construction of Ford Island Bridge, and the cleanup of Kaho`olawe.  Each case dealt with stakeholders that could potentially stop the project before it started or add considerable time and cost.  Each case presents innovative "out of the box" solutions that allowed project completion and success.

Please join us for an engaging speaker, lunch, and networking opportunities.  Anyone currently involved or interested in the Project Management profession is welcome!
