Comprehensive Female Pelvis- Anatomy in Clay® Workshop
In this hands-on workshop, you will use clay to build the major structures of the female pelvis, including ligaments, muscles, nerves, arteries, and reproductive organs. Key elements of study include the relationship of the pelvic components to other parts of the body, comparisons with the pelvic anatomy of other mammals, and the vital roles the pelvis plays in movement, pregnancy, and aging.
Expanding our understanding of the female pelvis has critical benefits in physical therapy, movement therapy, Yoga, Pilates, dance, and healthcare applications.
Admission is open to both professionals and the intellectually curious.
