Concert of French & German Baroque with Duo "Les Inégales"
This program includes works by the French composers Joseph Bodin de Bosmortier, Jean-Henri d'Anglebert, Jacques Martin Hottetere, Jean-Baptiste-Antoine Forqueray and Michel Blavet and the two German composers Johann Sebastian Bach and Georg Philipp Telemann.
Hotteterre, Blavet, J.S. Bach and Telemann wrote great works for flute and harpsichord. As different as the national styles of France and Germany are, they also share many qualities. Particularly Blavet, Bach and Telemann wrote in a style called 'mixed taste' or goûts réunis.
