The Music Committee of Orange Coast Unitarian Universalist Church presents:
Immigration Stories
Saturday, June 13 at 7:00 p.m.
We will be exploring the human stories of U.S. immigration through music, readings, and images -from the time of Christopher Columbus, to Ellis Island, to current humanitarian issues.
Featuring: Orange Coast Choir Family Choir MUUsical Magicians Natasha Noriega and musicians from El Centro Cultural de Mexico Brad Van Wick, pianist Axel Clarke, drummer Vocal soloists and instrumentalists from OCUUC
Plus speakers from local nonprofit organizations that are assisting undocumented workers.
All under the direction of Beth Syverson Nakao, Director of Music Ministries
Tickets are $10 (suggested donation) Kids 12 and under are free. Free childcare.
At this event, we will be collecting new white men's socks to help relieve a modern humanitarian crisis.
