The Evolution of Talent Assessment: 20/20 Hindsight to 20/20 Insight
This session will provide an introduction to Values Science along with case studies regarding the evaluation of core human thinking values and their correlation to operating performance metrics. Multiple industries and related occupations and business performance measurements will be presented.
Attendees will see how Human Resource executives can now gain the same degree of precision with respect to human capital analysis that other C-level executives have enjoyed when taking measure of their significant information in operations, finance, marketing, and information technology.
1) Discern the differences between "self-analysis" personality paradigm and Values Science instruments
2) Understand the measurable dimensions, or filters, associated with Values Science
3) See how core thinking value measurements can be correlated to operating performance, and how those valuations can prevent or enable success in different roles
