VALENTINE'S DAY MASSACRE
The 2nd annual Valentine's Day Massacre held at Crossfit Salina. This year we have two levels to compete in: The Open Teams and the Crossfit Teams. Each team consists of two individuals.
The Open Teams will complete one Bodyweight WOD (RX and Scaled) with a 20minute time cap.
The Crossfit Teams will complete three WOD's. 1st- Bodyweight WOD, 2nd- max weight event, and 3rd- AMRAP w/cleans (RX 95/135 Scaled 65/95)
The Bodyweight WOD:
RX (20min time cap)
100 BoxJumps (20" for Women and Coed/ 24" for men)
40 PullUps
100 lateral over bar Burpee
40 PullUps
100 WallBalls (14lb for Women and Coed/ 20lb for men)
40 PullUps
100 Toe2bar
40 PullUps
100 Jumping Lunges
SCALED (20min time cap)
100 BoxJumps (20" for Women and Coed/ 24" for men) (StepingUp)
30 PullUps (banded)
100 lateral over bar Burpee (Stepping Over)
30 PullUps (banded)
100 WallBalls (10lb at 9ft)
30 PullUps (banded)
100 Toe2bar (Knees to parallel)
30 PullUps (banded)
100 Lunges
This is a team event. Only one member of your team may be working at any one time. Your team must accumulate the total reps of each movement before moving to the next movement.
There are Two Levels to compete in:
The Open (only bodyweight movements)and Crossfit(3 WODs)
Entry Fee:
$40 for Open Price includes two event shirts.
$60 for Crossfit Price includes two event shirts.
There are Three Divisions: CO-ed, Two Women, and Two Men
Teams can compete in RX or Scaled at both levels
Prizes for top finishers of each division.
Proceeds will go towards Kansas Wesleyan University Costa Rica Mission Trip
All sales are final. No reimbursement for no-shows or weather cancellation.
