We'll be screening the classic 1981 horror, The Evil Dead, plus some scary shorts in our second halloween at Stirchley's best boozer.
Long before hitting the big-time with Spiderman, Sam Raimi created this bona fide cult classic by scaring the life out of Bruce Campbell and running through the forest with a camera strapped to a plank of wood, sending anyone with a VHS player scurrying behind their sofas. We're happily resurrecting The Evil Dead in the British Oak on Thursday 31st October at 8pm.
Tickets are available online and cost £5 for standard admission and £4 concessions (over 60). The film is classified 18.
