Kitt Reuter-Foss, Metropolitan Opera Soprano

Arboretum Cohousing is delighted to present a benefit concert by Kitt Reuter-Foss to raise funds for the restoration of their Common House piano.

The Metropolitan Opera star, renowned for the breadth of her musical repertoire and ability to engage an audience, will present a selection of her favorites, from classic operas to Broadway standards to jazz. Sweets, savories and beverages will be provided by Arboretum Cohousing in their beautiful Common House.

Arboretum Cohousing is an intentional living community located in the heart of Madison's Greenbush neighborhood. With 40 units and 85 members, it is the largest of Madison's three cohousing communities.

Featured at the concert will be the exceptional Mason Hamlin Model AA 1930 Grand Piano that resides at Arboretum Cohousing. Built during the golden age of grand pianos, this fine instrument was recently restored by one of Madison's preeminent piano technicians, Jim Forrest.

"Each of these donors has a special relationship with Arbco, the performers, or the Madison music scene. We are honored to be sharing this event with them.
