Consonare Chorale: Be Still My Heart
Consonare opens season eight and explores the infinite emotional depths experienced in the presence of beauty. Have you ever had your breath taken away by the magnificence of a moment, a profound epiphany or the beauty that surrounds you? Be whisked out of the mundane, and revel in the splendor of song.
The chorale is an ensemble of passionate and accomplished musicians. Our name comes from a desire to come together "to harmonize, sound, and resonate" with the ideas and aesthetics encompassed in excellent choral literature. Via interpretation we are able to express the profound effect that music has in our lives.
