Set in the open fields of the gorgeous 63rd Street Farm, FEED: Fermentation will explore the magic that happens, in every culture, when we plunge the familiar into a journey of transformation.
Guests will be treated to a seated, four-course dinner pairing food, beverage, short performances, and live music, all of which will explore the magical art of zymology. Featuring drinks from Colorado Cider, Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project, Odell Brewing Company, food from Esoteric Food Company, and coffee from Conscious Coffee, among other exquisite culinary delights. Tickets include food, drink, performance, and incredible community.
