Continuing to pursue the dream of our writer, Tony Brewer, who was called home to heaven in 2012, the cast and crew of "I Can't Turn You Loose!" have poured themselves into the production in his honor. At our 2/24/13 performance, we were blessed with a standing room only show, which wowed the audience who not only got to see a dynamite performance but also a very special video tribute to Tony.

Since that performance, we have been eagerly looking for a new venue to present Tony's work, and have been graciously offered the opportunity to deliver a theater industry showcase at Theatre Theater (5041 W. Pico Blvd, LA, CA 90019) on Thursday 4/18/13, 8pm.

"I Can't Turn You Loose!" tells the story of the starcrossed romance of two soul singers, Leon and Shirley, who find love in the most unusual of places--on stage during Leon's night club show! These two weren't looking for love, but love finds them at that very place just at the right time! Set in the late 60's/early 70's, the cast uses the wardrobe, the songs, and the attitude of that historic period of R&B music to make you reminisce, laugh, and groove in your seat!
