The Uintah Arts Council's Outlaw Trail Theater presents Cole Porter's Anything Goes in its 27th season of fantastic outdoor theater... Broadway Under the Stars.

First produced in the 1930's, and revived numerous times since, the 1987 rewrite of the book surrounded by Cole Porter's wonderful tunes, the musical won 5 Tony Awards. Again, in 2011, a Broadway revival brought more Tony nominations and wins.

Songs like: Anything Goes, You're the Top, Friendship, Easy to Love, De-Lovely, I Get a Kick Out of You... and more fun songs, will keep you tapping you feet and fighting the urge to get up and join the dancers on stage.

The age-old tale of boy-meets-girl and its complications will intrigue with a voyage on the seas that includes gangsters, showgirls, evangelists, reporters and mistaken identities.

With 26 years of summer outdoor theater under their belts, the Outlaw Trail Theater always pleases and gives the audience a chance to escape the drudgery of everyday life as they laugh, cry, and float way on a song.

Outdoors, under the stars adds a magic element... will it rain? Only six times in 26 years has the show been cancelled or called. The beautiful sunsets and a full moon rising over the stage added to our cool-evening high-desert air make it almost ethereal, not to mention the beauty of the stars... on the stage as well as in the sky overhead.
