St. Patrick's Day with the Squid Jiggers
The Squid Jiggers love St. Patrick's Day and they love helping people out, and for the second straight year they plan do both by having a concert and fundraiser to help feed the hungry in Maine. The show will be at DaVinci's Restaurant in Lewiston, Maine on Sunday, March 17. Tickets are $15, and at the event you will have the opportunity to buy dinner (like the Corned Beef and Cabbage special that DaVinci's will be cranking up), toss back your favorite Irish beverage.
Since this is a fundraiser for Good Shepherd Food Bank, remember to bring non-perishable food items to be entered in the drawing for the door prize. There will be a 50/50 raffle as well to benefit the GSFB, and, just like last year, The Squid Jiggers will be holding Danny Boy and his cohorts hostage until we've filled the donation jar sufficiently, at which point the songs will be sung!
The doors open at 4:30, but the show will not start in earnest until after dinner (about 7PM). Come early and get a good table.
