Born circa 1968, todays 30-somethings were students in 1989. As a result of the transformation of society, they could make fully independent decisions about their future. What to do next? Stay at the university? Make create independent media or non-governmental organizations? Start their new businesses in branches of industry such as advertising? Become involved in politics? Or maybe purge the secret service of communists? This film is a study of the 1989 generation representatives who grew up in Poland under communism, but entered adulthood when democracy was being established. Their achievements and defeats, worries and hopes, summarize two decades of freedom in Poland.

Was she a traitor and collaborator or the victim of resentment and malicious gossip? This documentary is a tale of a famous and beautiful woman whose life turned into the never-ending escape from her notorius reputation.
