Musical Ambassadors of Peace Benefit

Zuruna, Denver's own Middle Eastern Music Ensemble with Catrene Malshey will perform an evening of Arabic music ranging from classical to folkloric. This is an intimate dinner show in the Mercury Cafe Jungle Room. Seating is limited to 60.

Pete Jacobs, board-member of Musical Ambassadors of Peace will give us an update and brief powerpoint of MAP's latest development, including the newest Musical Ambassadors' plans for musical therapy and outreach in refugee communities in the Middle East.

Zuruna is Catrene Malshey, Vocals, Pete Jacobs, Oud, Meg York, Clarinet, Kaval, and Percussion, James Messerich, and Theo Ansbacher-Hunt, Percussion.

20% of our proceeds will go directly to Musical Ambassadors of Peace. There will also be a direct donation option during the evening.

MAP started as Musical Missions of Peace with Cameron Powers and Kristina Sophia 15 years ago as a grassroots movement by two amateur musicians to make an impact. MAP has funded dozens of music therapy outreach projects all over the globe.
