Our Own Orpheus
Uniting his works with the Italian masters that inspired him, MVSICA ANTICA perform Henry Purcell 's haunting sacred scena In Guilty Night alongside Luigi Rossi's little-known cantata Disperar di se Stesso, before culminating in a semi-staged performance of some of the songs that earned him the title 'Orpheus Britannicus'.
