MUSA presents Bach's Birthday Bash
Celebrate J.S. Bach's 332nd birthday with two of his most popular works: the ever-popular "Coffee Cantata" and the soprano cantata "Non sa che sia dolore".
Bay Area period ensemble MUSA restores these two works to their "original" coffeehouse setting by performing them at Berkeley's local gem, The Musical Offering Classical Records, Café and Bistro. Enjoy a cup of coffee and pastries (and 20% off on Bach CDs) as you delight in the travails of a young woman hopelessly addicted to caffeine.
