PIANO QUARTETS: MOZART, COPLAND, TANEYEV
Sunday, April 14, 3:00 pm, International House Tuesday, April 16, 7:30 pm, Fourth Presbyterian Explore the art of the piano quartet with works by three very different composers from three different eras Europe, the United States and Russia. This program offers the rare opportunity to hear Mozart's less-often-performed Quartet No. 2, along with a quartet that shows a surprising side of Aaron Copland and a grand Romantic work by Russian master Alexander Taneyev.
