Thirsty Nomad Brewing's New Years Bash
Thirsty Nomad Brewing Co is celebrating New Years Eve with all the quirky style that you've come to expect from this ragtag group of beer nerds. We've lined up music, food, and great beer of course!
Greg Lilley (https://www.reverbnation.com/greglilley) will be returning to Thirsty Nomad to regale us from 8pm to 12am. We'll have hors d'oeuvres catered in to keep the hunger demons at bay. Instead of champagne, we'll be toasting the New Year in true Thirsty Nomad style with a classy Belgian beer. And we'll be raffling off two tickets to Queen City Brewers Festival in February.
On top of all that, we'll be hosting our first internal brewer competition - Clash of the Nomads: The Hopper Games. You've asked us for a more traditional American IPA, and our brewers have taken up the challenge. Our 4 brewers (Brad, Murray, Dean, and Thom) will each brew an IPA of their own design, and you will decide the winner! Whichever beer sells the most or sells out first will be declared the winner and enter our regular rotation of beers. We'll keep the brewer of each beer secret until the winner is decided.
Tickets for this event are $15. Your ticket gets you food, music, belgian beer toast at midnight, and 1 flight of your choosing - we suggest one each of the 4 new IPAs.
