The final concert of the season invites you to discover A Bluegrass Mass, described as a joyful affirmation of life expressed in sophisticated choral sound and jubilant bluegrass harmonies. Composer Carol Barnett has created this enjoyable work of bluegrass music, with a church flavor. The Chorale will be accompanied by a bluegrass band for the Lexington area premiere of this work. This musical treat continues through other concert pieces in which the Chorale is joined by our High School Scholars.
