The Fourteenth Amendment states, "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." View the film "14: Dred Scott, Wong Kim Ark & Vanessa Lopez", which tells the stories of American families who changed history by advocating for citizen rights of people born in the United States, and considers issues of citizenship rights today. Then take part in a dynamic discussion with a distinguished panel on implications for immigrant communities on the eve of a Presidential election.
