Get ready for a unique and intimate experience with singer/songwriter and Radiators keyboardist Ed Volker and his TRIO MOLLUSC! Featuring Volker on keys and vocals plus baritone saxophonist Joe Cabral and percussionist Michael Skinkus, TRIO MOLLUSC presents an evening of original compositions as well as a selection of well-known favorites by other artists, and does so in a sonic landscape unlike anything you've ever heard.
In addition to his 30-plus years with The Radiators, Ed Volker's career has seen him collaborate with world-renowned artists including Allan Toussaint, Lee Dorsey, Earl King, Professor Longhair, Irma Thomas, Ernie K-Doe, Jessie Hill and many others.
Percussionist Michael Skinkus has credits including stints with Dr. John, Joe Krown, Michael Ray & the Cosmic Krewe, Charles Neville, Wayne Maureau, ¡Cubanismo!, Smilin' Myron, Irma Thomas, The Radiators and others.
Baritone saxophonist Joe Cabral is well known in New Orleans and beyond for his stellar work with The Iguanas, The New Orleans Klezmer Allstars, and many more.
