Monday Night Beer Dinner
Grand Oak Hill presents a Monday night beer dinner featuring a variety of Civil Life Brewing Company beers paired with foods from Iron Barley. This event is a fundraiser for the Grand Oak Hill Community Corporation (www.grandoakhill.org). All proceeds will benefit GOH's programs, such as its Senior Center, Management Assistance Program, and Home Repair Program.
Entertainment will be provided by the Lulus, 2011 Best Folk Band, Riverfront Times, Best of St. Louis!
Doors open at 6:00.
Formal tasting of the beers paired with food from 6:30 to 7:30 with commentary by Jake Hafner & Dylan Moser (Civil Life) and Tom Coghill (Iron Barley). Learn while you drink & dine!
Brewery tours, entertainment, raffle, and more from 7:30 to 9:00.

Barley Salad- Chilled barley with grilled onions, zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, and cucumbers apple cider vinaigrette on a bed of mixed greens.
Watermelon Salad Large chucks of watermelon, red onion cracked black pepper tossed in a honey cider vinaigrette on a bed of mixed greens.
House Salad - Mixed greens with an apple cider vinaigrette
Oak Roasted Pork loin with toasted barley
Chicken Cherokee grilled chicken with a Spanish barley served with a roasted poblano pepper cream sauce
Zarzuela Spanish seafood stew with a wagon wheel pasta
Fresh berries with a simple syrup and Jack Daniels whip cream
