Mystic Chorale - South African Journey
South African choral traditions, born of struggle, have become universal cries for hope.
The Mystic Chorale will celebrate these traditions with music of the Anti-Apartheid era, a cappella pieces including a classic from Ladysmith Black Mambazo, rousing Gospel songs, and the inspiring South African National Anthem N'Kosi Sikelel'i Afrika/Die Stem.
We will be joined by South African friends including Nthabi Thakadu, Phumla Bhungane, and Phakamani Pega. Linda Shoemaker and Louise Grasmere will be featured on drums along with an incredible band led by Jonathan Singleton.
Bring your dancing shoes and join us as The Mystic Chorale celebrates our 25th anniversary!
