Temescal String Quartet at the Sunnyside Consrvatory
The Temescal String Quartet will provide lovely chamber music, featuring Haydn, Borodin, and other composers in the lovely redwood-lined Sunnyside Conservatory. The members of the quartet, Barbara Riccardi (violin), Jonna Hervig (viola), and Kathrine Button (violin), come to us from the San Francisco Opera Orchestra. They will be joined by Michael Graham (cello), who plays for the Oakland Symphony, teaches and coaches cellists, and records widely.
Refreshments will be provided.
A suggested donation is requested of $20. Proceeds from the gate go to support free community events at the Sunnyside Conservatory, such as Card Making (Holiday and Valentines - from recycled materials), Pumpkin Carving, and Wreath Making.
