To focus on one of the most pressing issues facing Londoners, were throwing our first House Party! Well be taking over the splendid Brixton East 1871, right on the front line of the battle for decent housing, amid Brixtons spiralling rent and hypergentrification.
This ones for the people of South London... for everyone, whether theyve lived here for 80 days or 80 years... for those who want to make sure these thriving, diverse communities dont become mere suburbs for the City.
This ones for people everywhere who put people firmly before blind profit. And want to have a bloody good time saying so!

Where exactly will the money be going? HASL says:
"Money raised will help us continue and grow the mutual support and collective action we organise together on housing and other poverty issues. In HASL we work together on housing issues that we face (our activities range from supporting each other at the housing office, filling out forms together, occupying the town hall, and resisting evictions) and fight for quality, secure, truly affordable homes for everyone. Funds raised will go towards covering the group's vital costs including our meeting room hire, leaflet printing (there are lots of them!!), our monthly lunch clubs, legal trainings and action skill shares and more! We look forward to meeting you on the night and talking more about HASL and how you can get involved!"
