To celebrate their 10th Anniversary and the release of their new EP Chasing Lights akai SKY is holding a special live performance in San Francisco's Mission district on Sunday, August 23rd, 2015.
The show is Masquerade-themed and attendees are invited to wear masquerade masks and show them off on-stage. The person with the best-looking mask will win a prize.
Each attendee will receive a door prize.
A paid snack bar is available on-site.
All ages show.

ABOUT US
Ten years ago, akai SKY was a group of kids who formed a band to play covers of their favorite Japanese Rock and anime theme songs. They quickly discovered that playing covers just wasn't enough and strived to create something entirely new. Influenced by a wide breadth of musical styles and genres, they are a four member American J-Rock band that combines Japanese and English lyrics to create unique music that bridges the gap between American and Japanese music while representing the Rock music they fell in love with so many years ago.
Now celebrating their 10th anniversary, akai SKY is advancing American J-Rock music by continuing to merge influences from both countries and molding it into a new and exciting Rock-fueled music genre.

TRANSIT:
The Dark Room Theater is centrally located in San Francisco's Mission district and is a 2.5 block walk from the 16th St. BART station. The Dark Room Theater is also accessible by bus including the 14, 33 and 49.
