Michael P. Connolly (Mick), has been with the E.E.O.C. since 2009, serving as the Deputy Director of the San Francisco District Office. His office oversees EEOC activities from Monterey County up the west coast to Washington state and Alaska, and east to Idaho, Montana and the northern counties of Nevada. Mr. Connolly is a native Californian from Oakland; he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from Pepperdine University. He returned to northern California in 2001, following a career in the Army as an intelligence officer and investigator in the Department of Defense Inspector General's office. He joined the Commission after several years with the Department of Energy, where he served in a series of management/contractor oversight roles at the National Laboratory in Livermore. He currently lives in Walnut Creek with his wife a native San Franciscan.
