Frank Lloyd Wright Birthday Celebration
Join the Friends of Hollyhock House and the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles in Celebration of the Birthday of Frank Lloyd Wright, America's most celebrated architect, at the Wright designed Hollyhock House in Hollywood.
The evening will include period music by Jim Ziegler's Swingsations with Wendy Rea, wine, a raffle and a silent auction. Hollyhock House will be open with docents available for questions. Photographs of the interior of the house will be permitted (a rare opportunity!). As a special treat, your favorite food trucks will be on location if you would like to purchase food. Stay tuned for specific details!
Friends of Hollyhock House, LLC is a 501(c)3 organization and all profits from this event will be dedicated to the restoration and revitalization of the original landscaping of Hollyhock House, as designed by Frank Lloyd Wright's eldest son, landscape architect, Lloyd Wright.
Tickets are $65.00 if purchased prior to the event, and $80.00 at the door. All members of the Friends of Hollyhock House and/or the Art Deco Society of Los Angeles, will be offered a discounted rate of $50 for the event.
Special Donations of $250 will earn a ticket to the event and a copy of the coffee table book, "Panorama Wright." For a contribution of $1000 or more, you will receive four tickets, and the "Panorama Wright" book will be signed by Eric Lloyd Wright, the son of Lloyd Wright and grandson of Frank Lloyd Wright. Mr. Wright will be in attendance on the evening of the event.
