BIOS: At age five, Abby knew what she wanted to be a children's poet. At 19, she had a second calling a burning desire to be 'performance artist'. At 19 1/2, a comedy writer. Following this path, she created shows and performed (with others and alone) at a lot of different theaters in Chicago and LA like Second City, IO, The Lunar Cabaret, The Hudson, FAKE, The Steve Allen, and The Bootleg. She has created almost a dozen solo shows, tackling everything from eating disorders to abortion, the last of which Schachner Vs. Schachner, and this year's (all rhyming) Hollywood Fringe success, U and Me and My Best Friend P were performed at (now defunct ) Elephant Studio and Asylum Lab! She's even performed right here at the SF Fringe where she was awarded Best Solo Comedy for her both her shows The Anything Show and Shadow Kissers. Yay SF! Can't wait to share and be inspired!
