DIANE CLUCK (US) is a singer-songwriter of intuitive folk music. Her vocal style has been noted for its distinctly clipped, glottal beauty, described as "an unlikely mix of Aaron Neville, the Baka people, and Joni Mitchell...unaffected yet unusual." (NPR)
In 2014 Diane released her seventh album, "Boneset", through Important Records--a Mobius strip seeded with birds, death, boldness & heart. (http://dianecluck.info/boneset)
Diane contributed to New York's burgeoning Antifolk scene in the early 2000s alongside artists such as Jeffrey Lewis, Regina Spektor, Kimya Dawson and Herman Dune. Sharon Van Etten, Florence Welch (of Florence And The Machine), and Laura Marling have all cited Diane's work as influential.
For her Spring 2015 Solo Tour, Diane accompanies herself on various instruments including guitar, piano, harmonium, zither, toy accordion, and a copper pipe instrument she built by hand.
"Diane Cluck is a virtuosic talent with an emotionality that feels at once ancient and alien. Her mastery of her voice as an ecstatic instrument is so compelling."--Antony Hegarty (of Antony & The Johnsons)

Debut album "White Flowers" available now: fandf.bandcamp.com/album/white-flowers
"Sad, intimate songs rooted in deep folk tradition but given a contemporary lease of life by virtue of the beautifully spare and sympathetic arrangements that cradle these two electrifying, pitch-perfect voices...sublime, heartfelt." (Norman Records)
