Picture it: Sicily. Almost every composer from this region wrote operas and that dramatic compositional style overflowed into the instrumental works. Featuring cellist Colleen McGary-Smith in Nicolas Porpora's Cello concerto in G major, this program also highlights works by A. Scarlatti, Valentini, Albinoni and Geminiani.
