Luncheon and Tour of Ninety Acres at Natirar with Les Dames d'Escoffier
Join Les Dames d'Escoffier New York for a spectacular epicurean experience on the 1912 farm estate of Natirar in the lush hills of Somerset County, New Jersey. Arrive at Noon and first enjoy a light amuse bouche -- then a tour of the mansion, organic farm, gardens and greenhouse located in this 500-acre parkland. A four-course luncheon follows in the Ninety Acres farm-to-table restaurant on the grounds. The menu features Chef David Felton''s "Bring Me Food" daily tasting feast using seasonal fresh ingredients -- many from the gardens at Natirar and nearby surrounding farms. After this spectacular day, leave at 3:45 pm for your return home with a freshly baked treat from Dame Carole Walter.
