Ambient music pioneer Robert Rich is performing in North America to support his new album, Filaments, and also drawing from decades of recorded and live work.
Blending composition and improvisation in a fluid continuum that creates a
hypnotic atmosphere, Rich's concerts involve live electronics with analog modular synthesis, keyboards and computer, along with his signature handmade flutes and lap steel guitar. Visuals include custom built lasers, video projections and deep saturated theatrical lighting.
General admission and all ages.
