Join us for a fabulous day outing at the magnificent Banfi estate in Old Brookville, Long Island. Share in a rare opportunity to experience this historic Gold Coast property. Your day will begin with a guided tour, followed by a spectacular five-course lunch paired with fine wines from the Castello Banfi estate in Montalcino, Tuscany. Lunch will be hosted by family proprietor, Cristina Mariani-May, and expertly prepared by culinary advisor, Lars Leicht. This event is being graciously hosted by Banfi and coordinated by Dames Joanna Pruess, Janeen Sarlin and Jane Kettlewell. It is open to Les Dames d'Escoffier members and their guests. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation, via car or LIRR.
