The U.S. vs. John Lennon

Nesholm Family Lecture Hall
Seattle, WA

Celebrate the power of freedom of information at a special Friday film event fundraiser for the National Freedom of Information Coalition and its local coalition, the Washington Coalition for Open Government. Join writer, producer and director John Scheinfeld for a special screening of The U.S. vs. John Lennon, a rockumentary chronicling the FBI's secret campaign against the outspoken Beatles frontman.

This groundbreaking film features interviews with Carl Bernstein, Noam Chomsky, Walter Cronkite, Mario Cuomo, Angela Davis, John Dean, Ron Kovic, G. Gordon Liddy, George McGovern, Yoko Ono, Bobby Seale, Gore Vidal and others.

A Q&A with Scheinfeld caps what promises to be a memorable evening, and it's all for a good cause--open government!

Note: Proceeds go to NFOIC and WCOG to aid us in our efforts to protect our right to an open government.
