Have fun at the Oscars on the big screen. Almost like being at the real thing!
Dress up as your favorite nominated film or in your best formal wear. Or come in your pajamas. The only requirement is to be ready to laugh, cry and cheer along with us.
There will be live entertainment during commercial breaks from be Sebastian Boswell III, practitioner of mental mysteries, physical wonders and a very funny guy.
You may win a prize too.
Each year movie lovers attend the Balboa Academy Award Party and 2007 is no exception as we celebrate "the best" movies have to offer. Many of the nominated films screened played at the Balboa.
Our regular low admission prices: General $8.50; seniors and children under 12 only $6.00.

Sunday, Feb. 25 - Doors open at 3:45 pm. Stars arrive on the Red Carpet on the Big Screen at 4:00 and the 79th Annual Academy Awards start at 5pm.
