This two day training will prepare participants to facilitate Child and Family Team meetings across the system through the following learning objectives:
* Define Family Driven * Explore values and assumptions * Define and examine a variety of facilitation skills * Discuss perceived power and balancing the planning field * Explore purpose and preparation process * Practice in a mock Child and Family Team meeting
This training will focus on the role of the facilitator in supporting a participatory Child and Family Team meeting.
