C.G. Jung's Red Book: a seminar by Dr. Sonu Shamdasani
Delve into the richness and beauty of The Red Book in a continuation of the Friday night presentation, with editor and lead translator, Sonu Shamdasani. Dr. Shamdasani will present an in-depth look at the text and images of C.G. Jung's Red Book in a five hour seminar with opportunities for question and discussion. Other events include a Red Book presentation on Friday, April 16, and banquet (Jung Anew!) on Saturday evening.
Sonu Shamdasani is a historian of psychology and psychiatry and the Philemon Professor of Jung History at the Wellcome Trust Centre for the History of Medicine at University College London, and the general editor of the Philemon Foundation. He is the author of several books, including Jung and the Making of Modern Psychology: The Dream of a Science. He lives in London.
Oregon Friends of C.G. Jung (OFCGJ) is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to exploring the ideas of C.G. Jung. Since 1974, we have been presenting lectures and workshops led by Jungian analysts and scholars from around the world.
